Accessibility Information

This page describes the current status and goal of digital accessibility at Terminov. Technical testing is being expanded continuously; a final legal assessment under German accessibility law is still pending.

This page is shown in your selected language as a convenience translation. The German version remains legally authoritative.

1. Scope

This information applies to the public Terminov websites, especially terminov.de, terminov.app, public company and booking pages on deinterminplanen.de and publicly accessible forms such as online booking, driving-school registration and account deletion.

The internal web dashboard and mobile app are also reviewed for digital accessibility, but must be assessed separately depending on user group and contractual relationship.

2. Description of the service

Terminov provides software for scheduling, customer management and online booking. Consumers may view services, request or book appointments and register with driving schools online depending on the enabled company profile.

3. Accessibility goal

Terminov aligns public booking and information surfaces with the state of the art. Technical references include EN 301 549 and WCAG levels A and AA where applicable.

The goal is that central flows can be used with keyboard, screen reader, sufficient contrast and enlarged display.

4. Current status

The public pages are responsive and mostly use semantic HTML structures, real form fields, visible text and browser-native controls.

A full WCAG/BFSG review has not yet been completed. Until then, full conformity is not claimed.

5. Known open points

  • Formal WCAG test for public booking and registration flows.
  • Screen-reader test for calendar, form and error-message states.
  • Review of mobile app and web dashboard for keyboard, focus and contrast behaviour.
  • Review of user-generated content.
  • Final legal classification under BFSG.

6. Feedback and reporting barriers

If you find a barrier or cannot use a function, please write to support@terminov.de. If possible, include URL, device, browser, assistive technology and a short description.

We review reports and prioritise corrections especially for public booking, registration and deletion flows.

7. Market surveillance authority

The market surveillance authority under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act is the MLBF AöR, Carl-Miller-Straße 6, 39112 Magdeburg. More information: mlbf-barrierefrei.de.

8. Version

Technical status: 20 June 2026. WCAG/BFSG audit and final legal review are pending.
