Here you can declare withdrawal from an online contract where you have a statutory right of withdrawal. This page is separate from account deletion, cancellation and privacy consent withdrawal.

1. Electronic withdrawal declaration
If you concluded a contract with Terminov online and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can declare withdrawal using the form below. Before sending, you will see a summary and expressly confirm the withdrawal.
2. Which contracts does this page cover?
This withdrawal option concerns contracts that consumers conclude online with Terminov where a statutory right of withdrawal exists.
If you book an appointment with another company through a public Terminov page, the service contract is usually concluded with that company. Please also contact that company directly.
3. No reason required
A withdrawal does not need to state a reason. It only needs to clearly identify which contract or part of a contract you want to withdraw from.
4. Distinction from cancellation and privacy
- Withdrawal: reversal of an online contract within a statutory withdrawal period.
- Cancellation: termination of an ongoing contract or subscription for the future.
- Privacy consent withdrawal: changing optional consents, for example analytics or marketing.
- Delete account and data: request deletion of a Terminov account via /daten-loeschen.
5. Receipt confirmation
After receipt of your withdrawal, you will receive confirmation on a durable medium, especially by email.
