1. Service provider

This legal notice applies to terminov.de, app.terminov.de, public Terminov pages on terminov.de subdomains and deinterminplanen.de where Terminov operates the technical platform.

The service provider stated above is the proprietor responsible for operating the platform.

4. Responsibility for content
Terminov provides the technical platform. Companies using public profiles or booking pages are responsible for their own service descriptions, prices, mandatory information and other content.
5. Dispute resolution
Terminov is currently not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless legally required.
